On October 30th we were awarded the prize SME of the year 2024 in Segovia, awarded for “the work carried out to bring livestock companies into the future through the application of digitalisation and Artificial Intelligence (AI)”. The award was collected by Gema Montalvo, Director of R&D and Projects.

In a video played during the awards ceremony, Carlos Piñeiro commented on some of the projects we are involved in and our way of working: “We use what companies already have and provide our own solutions or those of others that fit into that ecosystem. For example, we are now working on ensuring animal health and welfare through a control of vehicle movements which can spread diseases or create other problems unintentionally. Thus, by monitoring the situation and carrying out epidemiological analyses on farms, we can contribute to the sustainability of the sector.”

These awards are organized annually by the different Chambers of Commerce at the provincial level with the support of Banco Santander and, in this case, with the sponsorship of El Adelantado de Segovia.
